intro

Well hello,

I'm guessing if you're reading this, I probably already know you.  It would be some miracle if you're Random McRandomstein from Randomtown, Nowhere and that you have no idea of who I am.  And since I do believe in miracles (not really), I guess I need to introduce myself.  Here goes...

My name is Jamie..J-A-M-I-E...not Jaime or Jayme or Jaiymee or whatever f-ed up way you think it's spelled.  It's simple: it's spelled how it sounds.  My parents didn't want to butcher up my name, although it seems that has become the norm nowadays as nobody can seem to spell my name right.  EVER.  I'm 19, and I'm a part time student at the prestigious Ventura Community College.  You're impressed, right?  I also work part-time at a clothing store, and spend all of the rest of my time being pretty lazy.  In my free time I enjoy thrift store shopping, napping, eating, baking, and listening to records.  As you can see, I lead a very interesting life.

 Like I said above, I can be pretty lazy.  But this is a new year, and I'm going to try and make a resolution that won't die out so fast.  By combining a few of my favorite things with a productive effort, I created this blog.  It's mostly going to be about my day-to-day style endeavors.  Watch as I post daily outfits, inspirations, and best of all, watch as I shop myself into poverty!  Yay!!!!!

It's hard for me to say what this blog really will be all about.  For all I know, my life can take a sharp turn and I will fall in love with chemistry and this blog will be about my fascination with chemical pairings (I don't think I have the mental capacity to even fathom this?).  I can't even try to give you an overview on my philosophy of style or trends or even how to shop.   After all, this isn't a manifesto, it's an introduction, and for all I know......is anyone even reading this?
